A leading contemporary design gallery and luxury e-commerce business is seeking an E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of its website and digital commerce operations.This full-time remote role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with experience in e-commerce catalog management, website content updates, and digital merchandising. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining product pages, managing catalog data and pricing updates, conducting website audits, supporting digital merchandising initiatives, coordinating with developers and external partners, organizing digital assets, and helping ensure an exceptional online customer experience.Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in e-commerce, website operations, digital merchandising, or a related field. Experience with e-commerce catalog management, WordPress and/or Shopify, Adobe Creative Suite, and advanced Excel or Google Workspace skills is preferred. Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience working with luxury, design, furniture, interiors, or home brands is a plus.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences.
