OVERVIEWFeather Creative is seeking a Retouching Assistant to support our photography post-production studio\'s retouching and production teams. As a retouching assistant, you will be required to carry out tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the post production photo retouching industry in an intimate, friendly environment.WHAT YOU’LL DOProcess jobs in Capture One, Helicon Focus, and LightroomDouble check all job materials received from Production department for inconsistencies, missing files, notes, etc before the retouching team starts any jobsIdentify when additional image plates are needed for composites and extensions
Calibrate large format printers
Order ink and other retouching supplies
Proofing and packaging CMYK match prints
