This role focuses on creating clear, engaging, and consistent design materials that reflect ChaShaMa’s visual identity and support marketing, programming, and fundraising efforts. Reporting primarily to the Director of Marketing, this role collaborates closely with the team to execute established visual direction.Primary ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain Chashama brand across all printed and digital materialsCreate graphics for emails, news letters, social media posts, and other digital communicationsCreate marketing materials for programs, events, and artist opportunitiesPrepare print-ready files for flyers, signage, and promotional materialsCollaborate with the marketing team to execute established visual direction across campaigns and programsQualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, M365Experience with Monday.com, Sharepoint or other databasesA strong interest in NYC’s cultural landscape and a passion for the arts.Familiarity with non-profits, galleries, performance venues and arts administration.The Ideal candidate is:Extremely organized, detail oriented, and focusedAn excellent communicator with the ability to multi-task, time manage, and solve problems creativelyBoth a team player and can work autonomously with strong initiative.
