Our program spans primary market representation of living artists and estates, alongside an active secondary market. We are a staff of approximately forty.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registrar to join a well-established registration department. The position works under the gallery\'s Head Registrar during a structured transition and training period. We welcome candidates at all career stages who bring the depth of experience, judgment, and collaborative spirit this role demands.Responsibilities• Oversee registration for a complex, high-volume inventory: primary works, consignments, loans, and secondary market acquisitions• Manage domestic and international art shipping, storage facilities, and vendor relationships• Maintain and develop the gallery\'s Artlogic database and Monday.com tracking systems• Lead loan and exhibition checklist coordination with institutions and internal teamsQualifications• Substantial experience in art registration in a gallery, museum, auction house, or equivalent setting• Strong command of collections management systems; Artlogic experience a plus• Thorough knowledge of art shipping, customs, insurance, and condition reporting standards• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
