I am currently launching a New York-based showroom dedicated to a curated selection of vintage and contemporary artist-made works for the home and I am seeking an assistant to help with operational set up and early growth of the business. The position’s primary focus is on studio organization and foundational business structure - including artist and resources coordination, pricing documentation, and inventory systems. I am also looking for someone who is willing to understand the brand and is interested in sourcing new atelier’s and vintage pieces from auction houses. The position is part-time, paid hourly, with school credit available if desired. Depending on the candidates abilities and interest, the role could become larger.
