We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registrar to join our team. The idealcandidate will be dependable, work well in a fast-paced environment and be independentlymotivated. A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a gallery environment and strongknowledge of Fine Art shipping and logistics is ideal.Key Responsibilities:• Domestic and international shipping of sold Artwork to collectors in a timely manner,including producing customs documentation and adherence to tax regulations• Coordinate shipping to and from artists, galleries, storage facilities and conservators asneeded• Artwork inventory management and maintain accurate database records• Manage condition reports and advise best packing and handling procedures• Ensure proper storage, tracking, and movement of artworks• Execute Consignments and Loan Form for private collectors, galleries and museums• Support department with exhibitions, installations, and art fair logistics as neededQualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in a gallery, museum, or art shipping environment• Strong knowledge of fine art handling and transportation standards• Experience with shipping documentation, insurance, and customs processes• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines• Proficiency with collections management systems preferredIf you are highly organized, proactive, and passionate about art logistics, we would love to hearfrom you.Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
