Territory Sales Manager – West Coast
Location: Remote (Travel up to 75%)
Compensation: $87,550 – $118,450 base + commission

We’re seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the West Coast region—including California, Arizona, Utah, and Nevada. This is a high-impact role for a technically skilled, customer-focused sales professional ready to build relationships and expand market share.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed sales goals across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through direct outreach and relationship management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Application Engineers, Product Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage key accounts and Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) to ensure territory coverage and performance.
- Negotiate and close complex deals while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
- Act as a bridge between sales and service teams to ensure project success and customer retention.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of five years of experience in palletizing, packaging, or automation systems within a sales, engineering, or customer service capacity.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of robotic or automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- CRM proficiency.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% across the West Coast.
