With our US operations growing at 100%+ year-on-year, we are looking for a Floor Operations Leader who understands the mechanics of a high-output fulfilment environment.Technical Environment: Giclée (Inkjet), C-Type, DTG (Direct-to-Garment), Framing, and high-volume E-commerce Logistics (UPS/FedEx/DHL).The Role You will be the "engine room" lead, ensuring our Dumbo facility maintains peak efficiency across:Specialized Print Workflows: Giclée, C-Type, and DTG.Finishing & Assembly: ASF framing, mounting, and quality control.Logistics & Dispatch: High-volume shipping and dispatchKey Responsibilities Daily Throughput & Production WorkflowsWorkflow Architecture: Coordinate the daily flow from print to finishing to framing. Identify and clear bottlenecks in real-time to ensure seamless production workflows.SLA Accountability: Ensure daily orders meet dispatch deadlines with "zero-defect" accuracy.KPI Tracking: Use data to drive output, reduce waste, and improve station-to-station cycle times.2. Inventory & Supply Chain PrecisionInventory: Manage consumables (fine-art papers, inks, framing substrates) with a no-disruption mindset to ensure zero downtime.Logistics Oversight: Lead the dispatch team in preparing flawless shipments and managing carrier pickups and escalations.3. Technical Team LeadershipLabor Optimization: Proactively schedule and manage a pool of skilled technicians and freelancers based on seasonal demand.Skills Training: Onboard new hires on technical production workflows, RIP software basics, and museum-grade quality benchmarks.Facility Standards: Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient facility calibrated for high performance.Who you areWe hire for operational capability and manufacturing logic.
