We’re looking for a Project Manager/Shipping Coordinator to oversee fine art projects from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients—managing estimates, bookings, and coordinating shipments, including import/export, airfreight, and local handling and installation.The role also entails overseeing select client relationships and working closely with their curatorial teams to deliver projects to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate with trucking, crating, and warehouse teams, keeping everything organized, efficient, and on schedule.What we offer:Full-time, in-office position in a collaborative environmentCompetitive salary range: $60K–$100K, plus annual performance-based bonus
