Additionally, we offer curatorial services and connoisseurship in fine and decorative arts.A bachelor’s degree is required, and interest in, and enthusiasm for, design is critical. Position available for immediate hire. Must be based in the NYC area, and authorized to work in the U.S.__Responsibilities:Assist the administrative & design staff in the filing and organization of materials and specifications,Assist and supervise on-site deliveries & installations,Prepare a “Home Book” referencing details of the furnishings and art used in the project,Communicate comfortably & effectively with all members of the team: clients, design staff & principal, as well as construction crew, craftsmen, and vendors,Source materials when necessary, especially furnishings & accessories.Needed Skills:Problem solving,Excellent written & verbal communication,Knowledge of design terminology,Familiarity with architectural drawings,Attention to detail,Good humor and creativityEvery position in our firm requires composure, complete discretion, enthusiasm, and keen attention to detail.
