Seeking a highly intelligent and organized individual to plan and manage personal and professional travel for a high-level executive.Responsibilities will include: coordinating personal and professional travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, communicating with internal and external teams, and updating and maintaining a complex executive calendar. The ability to travel in advance of and along with the team is a plus, as is demonstrated operational and logistical expertise.The right applicant will be tirelessly attentive to detail, and able to juggle multiple competing priorities and to foresee potential problems and plan contingencies accordingly.This is a full-time opportunity to be part of a talented and collaborative team based in our New York City office. There is also a significant growth trajectory for top performers. The position offers a starting salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and a generous benefits package.
