The Actors Theatre Workshop — one of New York City\'s most enduring and vital non-profit theatre organizations — is seeking an Operations and Outreach Associate to support Eileen Burke, ATW\'s Founding Board Member and Treasurer, and Managing Partner of West End Capital and Advisory.This role is based primarily at West End, Eileen\'s boutique financial advisory firm, and extends meaningfully into ATW\'s operations, fundraising, and outreach. You\'ll work at the intersection of a sophisticated financial practice and a theatre organization that has spent over 35 years transforming lives through the power of the arts — serving homeless children, adult community members, and theatre artists across New York City. Eileen actively supports the work of ATW\'s visionary Artistic Director and Founder, Thurman E. Scott, and this role is an extension of that support.What you\'ll do:Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communications for Eileen across both West End and ATWDraft and edit donor communications, grant materials, board documents, and outreach correspondenceCoordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and grant applications for ATWMaintain contact databases and track ongoing projects and deadlinesOccasionally support Thurman E. Scott directly on projects and communicationsWhat we\'re looking for:3–6 years in operations, executive support, or a related roleExcellent writing skills and the ability to communicate across diverse audiencesProactive, organized, and discreet — someone who follows throughGenuine passion for theatre, the arts, and community-based workComfort operating in both a non-profit and professional financial environmentNon-profit or arts administration experience strongly preferred
