Job description:
A new virtual therapy counseling company is looking for passionate, Fully Licensed Therapists to provide telehealth supervision to Associates who are working toward independent licensure. Associate clinicians will be providing therapy to the underserved community of Medicaid. We combine the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare through telehealth services.

What you'll need
- A Master’s degree in Social Work
- A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of New York
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on supervision experience
- Experience providing therapy and documentation for the Medicaid population
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
