With continued growth across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and build long-term client relationships nationwide.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will focus on targeting architecture firms, builders, and developers, managing the full sales cycle, and converting qualified leads into active accounts. This role requires strong professional services selling experience and confidence when speaking with senior-level decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify new prospects across the US architecture and construction sector
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Project Managers, and Production Leads
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from outreach through closing
- Present Lynx services clearly and confidently during intro calls and capability sessions
- Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate service structure
- Coordinate handovers to internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and follow-up activity
- Track industry trends and competitor movement to support market strategy
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new client acquisition and revenue growth
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or outsourcing strongly preferred
- Proven success converting warm and cold leads in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at small and midsize firms
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined pipeline management
- CRM experience
- Must be located within the United States and able to work US business hours

Compensation
- Small base + commission
