The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to be the connective tissue across design, engineering, and business. You’ll ensure projects are well defined, tracked, and delivered on time. You’ll help translate stakeholder input into actionable tickets, review design files for dev readiness, and make sure our engineering team always has the context and clarity to move fast.
What You’ll Do
- Write clear, actionable Jira tickets with all necessary details for engineers.
- Review Figma designs and ensure they’re ready for development handoff.
- Facilitate smooth communication between stakeholders, designers, and engineers.
- Maintain project boards, timelines, and sprint goals.
- Assist in backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with engineers to explore technical approaches and tradeoffs.
- Ensure accountability — nothing slips through the cracks.
- Help Review and QA new features
- Help brainstorm new systems
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years in project management, product ops, or technical program management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Comfort with design-to-dev workflows (Figma familiarity a plus).
- Tech-oriented — able to discuss APIs, data flows, and architecture with engineers.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-moving startup environment.
- 2-4+ years experience in web and cloud development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
