Do you excel in finance, data, and strategy? Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and building meaningful client relationships? Do you thrive in a performance-driven environment where surpassing KPIs and achieving outstanding results are recognized and rewarded? If so, Pacer wants to hear from you!
Pacer manages revenue for vacation rental properties. As one of the largest revenue management companies in the industry, we work with property management companies across five countries and territories—soon to be many more! We partner with property managers to maximize revenue across a diverse portfolio of vacation rental units, including apartments, condos, and homes. Our mission is to lighten the load for property managers by handling the complexities of revenue management, allowing them to focus on guest operations and business growth.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Revenue Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing revenue for a diverse portfolio of vacation rental properties. You will analyze market data, monitor property performance, and implement dynamic pricing strategies to drive revenue growth for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, think strategically to solve complex problems, and take ownership of your portfolio's performance is essential.
If you’re a data-driven strategist with a passion for the hospitality industry and a knack for problem-solving, you’ll fit right in. We are hiring high-performing individuals to help us grow and scale our company.
Role outcomes:
- Maximize RevPAR and ADR for a dedicated portfolio of vacation rental properties.

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our property management partners.
- Deliver clear, insightful performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for portfolio growth and client retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the revenue strategy for a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
- Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and competitor data to identify revenue opportunities.

- Proactively identify and solve problems related to revenue performance.
- Take full ownership of your portfolio's success.
- Collaborate with the broader revenue management team to share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Contribute to a team environment built on collaboration and high performance.
- Provide strategic insights to support the company's growth.
About You:
You’ve honed your revenue management skills in boutique hotels or short-term rentals — environments where agility, data-driven pricing, and strategic thinking matter more than corporate templates. You understand the nuance of owner relationships and love finding revenue opportunities others miss.
Need to have:
(Note: This is not a large-chain hotel revenue management role. We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in the short-term rental (STR) or boutique hospitality space — people who understand dynamic pricing, localized strategy, and owner-level impact)
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management for vacation rentals/STRs or boutique hotels.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring.
- Strong proficiency with leading Revenue Management Systems (RMS) — specifically PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or RevMax.
- Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty, Hostaway, Streamline, or Track (other modern PMS experience is a plus).
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing a large and diverse portfolio of properties.
- Familiarity with major OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- A strong motivation to learn and adapt to the specifics of the vacation rental industry (for candidates with hotel-only experience).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
What we offer:
- Competitive pay with additional variable compensation for high performers willing to put in the work
- Ample opportunities for professional growth
- A collaborative team of high-performing professionals
- A fully remote role with schedule flexibility
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Life insurance
