Our subscription model is designed for consistency, habit formation, and data-driven personalization.We’re looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead the digital storefront — integrating operational precision with a customer experience that feels effortless, trustworthy, and intelligent.
Role Overview
You’ll own the front-to-back performance of our Shopify experience — from PDP flow and bundle logic to subscription mechanics, fulfillment coordination, and retention KPIs. This is a systems role: equal parts operations, customer insight, and digital optimization.You'll be responsible for ensuring our DTC stack is scalable, synchronized, and rooted in measurable outcomes (conversion rate, CAC payback, churn, LTV). You’ll work closely with marketing, CX, and fulfillment partners to ensure launch readiness and sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full Shopify ecosystem — product setup, subscription logic (Skio or Recharge), bundle architecture, and ongoing CX optimization.
- Operationalize launch and post-launch rhythms — overseeing daily site health, fulfillment workflows, and subscription mechanics.
- Implement and iterate retention systems — from email/SMS (Klaviyo, Attentive) to loyalty and referral integration (Rise, Loop, etc.).
- Own and analyze core KPIs — conversion rate, AOV, CAC, churn, LTV, payback period — and make informed, agile decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — with marketing on paid/influencer/UCG funnel sync, with ops on inventory and fulfillment SLAs.
- Act as the performance integrator — ensuring e-commerce experience aligns with brand standards, customer behavior, and GTM goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years managing Shopify-based e-commerce stores (subscription-first experience is strongly preferred).
- Deep familiarity with the DTC health/wellness space — supplements or regulated CPG a major plus.
- Competence with digital metrics, A/B testing frameworks, and conversion-driven UX/CRO principles.
- Experience coordinating with 3PLs, fulfillment partners, and shipping/inventory tools.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — able to navigate ambiguity and move fast with calm, grounded execution.
Bonus Skills
- Experience launching or scaling a health supplement brand in the U.S. market.
- Knowledge of performance marketing funnels, Klaviyo automation, or affiliate platform setup.
- Familiarity with platforms like Skio, Rebuy, Polar Analytics, Loop Returns, Global-e, or Go Highlevel CRM.

- Competitive base salary starting at $80K+ (commensurate with experience)
