We work with collectors, family offices, financial institutions, museums, and advisors across the art and financial industries.The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO. This is an entry-level role with exposure across many areas of the business and a unique opportunity for someone interested in building a career in the art and appraisal industry.The Executive Assistant will support the CEO across client management, scheduling, travel, projects, investor relations, and day-to-day operations. You will learn the appraisal business firsthand, develop relationships across the art and financial industries, and take on increasing responsibility as you grow within the company.This role is ideal for someone highly organized, intellectually curious, resourceful, and excited to learn by working closely alongside the founder.What You\'ll DoExecutive Support: Manage the CEO\'s calendar, meetings, priorities, correspondence, and day-to-day workflow.Client Management: Coordinate client communications, meetings, onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing relationships.Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodations, reservations, and related logistics.Project Management: Track projects, deadlines, and action items and help ensure priorities move forward.Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, research, materials, and briefing notes and coordinate follow-up.Investor Relations: Assist with investor communications, meeting coordination, materials, and follow-ups.Special Projects: Support events, research, business development, and other initiatives across the company.Keep Things Moving: Anticipate needs, stay on top of details, and ensure important tasks don\'t fall through the cracks.Who You AreYou are early in your career, highly organized, curious, and eager to learn. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good judgment.You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, figuring things out independently, and interacting professionally with clients, partners, and senior executives. You are proactive, resourceful, discreet, and willing to jump in wherever needed.An interest in art, appraisals, wealth management, or the broader art market is strongly preferred.Growth OpportunityThis role is designed to be a springboard into the appraisal industry.
