Established Art Advisory seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, and collaborative individual to join our team as Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Principal as well as the Director, the Administrative Assistant is a key support role with good growth potential.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist Principal, Director, and Collections Manager with daily tasks and long-term projectsField messages and correspondenceManage general office calendarClosely follow global auctions and create internal auction calendarCreate reports for client requestsFile management for physical and digital collection materialsData entry related to collections maintenance and expensesQUALIFICATIONS:Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and organized; an excellent verbal and written communicator; and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We seek candidates who are self-motivated, responsible, and efficient, and who possess a professional and positive demeanor.In addition:Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a similar role at a museum, gallery, auction house, or related organizationSkills in a Mac-based environment required, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop)Fine Art database experience preferredB.A. in Fine Arts, Art History or related fieldFull-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for additional hours based on needs.Comprehensive benefits package offered.
