Lyn Winter, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based arts, culture and luxury communications agency.FALL INTERNSHIPLyn Winter, Inc. is recruiting a highly motivated, resourceful and curious Los Angeles-based intern for fall 2026 to be involved across several international accounts in the arts, design, architecture, and luxury.Candidates should be hard working with a meticulous eye for detail and design, and have a passion and sensibility for the contemporary visual arts and culture. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to conduct research and meet deadlines and feel confident and comfortable working in person and remotely with a small team working at a fast pace are essential.EXPERIENCEThis internship will serve as an insightful and beneficial entry into the world of global arts and culture communications and PR, Daily tasks, guided by the firm’s team members, will include tracking media coverage, organizing and captioning images, updating websites and databases, tracking media requests and event responses, scheduling calls and meetings and completing administrative tasks, assisting with special events and programs, social media content production, copywriting and posting, and designing presentations and materials.REQUIREMENTSRecent college graduate and/or Masters student specializing in communications, public relations and/or the arts/art history.Prior internship experience in a public relations agency, or the communications department of a visual arts or cultural organization or luxury brand is preferred.Graphic design skills Social Media passion and proficiencyFluency with Mac, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Mailchimp, MuckRack, and basic html.Ability to follow instructions carefully and accurately and to collaborate in a team environment, but also to work well independently.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workflow.Comfortable and confident interacting over the phone, via text and WhatsappValid driver\'s license and have own car.COMMITMENTThe internship role will require a commitment of at least 3 months for three days a week. Hours, which may vary, will be 9am-6pm.
