We are seeking to hire a Photographer & Media Specialist to join our team. Candidates must possess an exacting attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. This is a full time position, with a 10:00am-6:00pm M-F schedule.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Photography & Media initiatives in a range of tasks, including:- Render scale images of artworks and create renderings of site-specificinstallation of artworks.- Scheduling and overseeing contract photographers- Documenting/Imaging artworks in ad hoc, internal shoots (including retouching)- Create promotional marketing material (banners, social, gifs, exhibition videos, mailers).- Resize image assets to meet various needs (email, web, exhibition PDFs).- Oversee file renaming, archiving, and cataloging to keep everything organized on the server.- Create new exhibition pages and upload images of new artworks to website, along with fulland accurate captions.- Save video files to server, edit in Premiere as needed, upload to Vimeo, and embed onlineon our gallery website.- Additional duties within the archive department as assigned.- Coordinate with web developers and designers for updates and functionalityQUALIFICATIONSRequisite skills:- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: must have experience working with adjustmentlayers, layer masks, gradients, advanced selection tools, perspective warp in Photoshop (Required).- Highly proficient in artwork documentation and installation photography- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Bridge and Acrobat (Required)- G-Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar (Required)- Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint (Required)- Adobe Illustrator and Premiere (Required)- CMS experience (Required)
