Barnicle Brothers is an Emmy-winning production company in Lower Manhattan. We produce for Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and others — mostly sports and crime, though not exclusively. We’re hiring a full-time, 100% in-person Executive Assistant to work closely with our Executive Producers and help shape how they move through every day.The SeatThis is a high-trust role at the center of a busy company. Two things define it:You drive the calendar. You stay a step ahead so the day runs smoothly.You run the logistics — all of it. The volume is real and it rarely slows down. You’re the person who makes sure none of it drops.This is a small, close knit operation right now — effectively you and the EPs, building the backbone of a company that’s growing into its next chapter. The WorkCalendar ownership.Before: who’s in the room, the objective, the history, the prep, the route, the time buffer, the materials in hand.During: notes when relevant, logistics handled in the background.After: recap, action items captured, follow-ups routed, loops closed. Communications.Flag and organize inbound. Keep it sorted and surfaced so nothing gets buried.Draft routine correspondence and handle the standard replies.Logistics.All travel, expenses, and receipts (twice monthly).Personal coordination — schedules, travel, forms, reservations, registrations, and the underlying admin of a full life. This is a core part of the role, not a sidebar. Operations.Inbox, contacts, digital files, company manual.Technical admin: IMDb, Vimeo, Google, Dropbox, Slack, domains, website, passwords.Office: supplies, mail, shipments, keys, printing — and helping stand up a more professional space.Development coordination (ramping up in month two or three).Own and update the development tracker from calls, emails, and pitches.Format treatments, coordinate with outside vendors on decks, and keep the development Drive organized.Track active projects and keep the moving pieces aligned.Who We’re Looking ForA finisher — reliable, thorough, someone who closes loops without being asked twice.An operator.
