Mouse Ceramic Studio is looking for an experienced studio tech to work 3 week days and one weekend evening shift. The shifts are 4 to 5 hours.The below tasks are the non-negotiable for the position. If you do not possess these skills then it is not the right position for you. I have to be upfront about this so we don\'t waste time for either of us.Must have solid experience loading and unloading kilns.Must have experience making glazes and be knowledgeable about chemicals.Must have the ability to lift 50 lb boxes of clay.Chip and wash kiln shelves.Know how to change elements.Great attitudeThis is a true ceramic studio tech position and candidates must have very good experience. Teaching is not the focus here but there might be opportunities down the line.Mouse is a friendly and welcoming studio, we are not judgmental and we like to maintain good vibes.
