Instructors needed for a weekly summer program running on the Upper East Side! The students range in age from 4-15 years with varying skill levels. We typically have around 10-20 kids per week with 2-4 teachers. The class is broken into smaller groups of around 4-6 students per teacher. We follow a project schedule that includes painting, drawing, sculpture, and some time for students to choose their own projects. Teachers need to be able to work with their small group, providing instruction and structure within a fun environment. Program hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-12pm, and pay is $790 per week. We schedule teachers by the week and are specifically looking for the weeks of 7/13-17, 7/20-24, 8/17-21, 8/24-28, and 8/31-9/4. Additional weeks may be needed based on enrollment.
