The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow alongside the gallery.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Art History, Fine Arts, or a related fieldFluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWarm, professional demeanor with strong organizational instinctsPrevious experience in galleries, museums, arts administration, hospitality, or creative industries is a plusResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and communicate exhibition information and gallery programmingManage front desk operations and maintain the presentation of the gallery spaceHandle email correspondence, phone inquiries, and appointment coordinationSupport artwork inventory management and administrative organizationCoordinate shipments with couriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS; liaise with art handlers and vendorsAssist with exhibition installation and preparationHelp orchestrate gallery openings, receptions, dinners, talks, and special eventsMaintain physical and digital archives for exhibitions, press, and gallery recordsAssist with social media content, artist research, and gallery communicationsTake initiative on projects and contribute ideas to improve gallery operations and visitor experienceSchedule & LocationPart-time, approximately 3–4 days per week.
