Audo Copenhagen is hiring a Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Audo House New York - a sales-driven, hospitality-led brand environment designed to serve the NYC A&D community.This is a highly outward-facing role at the intersection of residential trade sales, guest experience, and showroom operations. You’ll be a primary host of the space while driving measurable commercial results through relationships, appointments, and consistent follow-through.What you’ll doResidential Trade Sales (Primary Focus)Own and grow residential trade relationships in the NYC market against an annual sales budgetProspect, develop, and maintain relationships with interior designers and residential trade customersHost trade appointments, presentations, and walkthroughs at Audo HouseConvert showroom activity into quotes, orders, and long-term relationshipsMaintain accurate activity and pipeline in CRMUphold trade pricing and discount guidelines to protect margin and support sustainable growthHosting & HospitalityServe as a primary host for Audo House New YorkDeliver a warm, polished, and consistent guest experience for designers, clients, partners, and internal teamsCoordinate hospitality elements (refreshments, catering, guest flow) within approved guidelinesKeep the environment aligned with Audo’s values of calm, quality, and thoughtful designShowroom OperationsOversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures and appointment schedulingEnsure the showroom is consistently client-ready (presentation, cleanliness, lighting resets, hospitality readiness)Coordinate with operations/logistics/finance to support smooth executionEnsure compliance with company expense, vendor, payment, pricing, and discount policiesCollaborationSupport contract and wholesale teams when they use Audo House for meetings and presentations (without owning those revenue targets)Partner with Marketing on approved programming, events, and content captureCoordinate handoffs with the digital trade team for non-NYC trade customersWhat we’re looking forExperience selling to residential trade customers and/or operating within a hospitality-forward showroomStrong understanding of the NYC A&D community; existing network strongly preferredNatural host with strong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable owning outcomesAbility to balance warmth and service with business disciplineWhat success looks like (first 6–12 months)A consistent rhythm of designer visits and showroom appointmentsClear visibility into opportunities and pipelineTrusted relationships with key NYC designersAudo House operating as a respected, active, and commercially productive destinationWork stylePrimarily on-site during published showroom hoursRegular local outreach (approximately 10–12 meetings/week, with emphasis on in-showroom appointments)Flexibility to support approved events, some evenings, and occasional Saturdays as neededCompensation (NYC Pay Transparency)Base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 (good-faith range; final offer depends on experience and qualifications)Bonus/commission: Performance bonusBenefits: 401(k), PTO, etc.How to applyPlease apply via the link below with your resume and a short note on your relevant NYC trade network and showroom/hospitality experience.Equal Opportunity EmployerAudo Copenhagen is an equal opportunity employer.
