Luxury Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist 180 the Store is seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. Our 5,000-square-foot lifestyle store offers a curated selection of high-end fashion, art, and home goods. This role works closely with the Director to build strong client relationships, support in-store events, and deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a consistently elevated luxury service experienceMeet and exceed daily and monthly sales goalsBuild and maintain detailed client books, including purchase history, sizing, and preferencesAnticipate client needs and provide attentive, personalized serviceSupport visual merchandising and uphold brand aestheticsDemonstrate deep product knowledge and passion for luxury goodsStrengthen client relationships through ongoing communication (new arrivals, thank-you notes, follow-ups, shipments)Maintain store standards, including opening and closing proceduresAssist in organizing and executing in-store eventsEnsure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealingSupport inventory processes, including receiving, tagging, and merchandising new itemsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesQualifications3–4 years of experience in luxury retail (men’s and women’s designer preferred)Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong sales, merchandising, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-throughProficiency with Mac systems, Microsoft Office, and Google WorkspaceExperience with Shopify preferredFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings (for events), and holidaysSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learnUnderstanding and appreciation for the fashion and luxury retail industry
