Your Day-to-DayManage a focused portfolio of high‑net‑worth donors and prospects capable of gifts of $250,000+ Strategize and lead cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six‑ and seven‑figure gifts Engage donors through personalized experiences, concerts, and meetings with Philharmonic leadership and musicians Partner with senior leaders, board members, and volunteers on principal gift strategy Lead and mentor a small team dedicated to principal gifts and stewardship Contribute meaningfully to campaign strategy, messaging, and progress tracking What You Bring to the Team7–10+ years of progressive fundraising experience, including a proven record of securing transformational gifts Deep expertise in major and principal gift fundraising and campaign environments Experience working in the performing arts, culture, or mission‑driven organizations Demonstrated success leading and developing high‑performing teams Exceptional relationship‑building, communication, and strategic thinking skills Comfort partnering with senior executives, board members, and artistic leaders Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFRE a plusWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and attend concerts and events throughout the year.
