We’re hiring a Marketing & Operations Manager to help run and scale a growing ecommerce business.
This is a 100% remote, full-time role for someone who enjoys blending strategy with execution — improving systems, overseeing marketing initiatives, and turning plans into action. You’ll work closely with ownership and have meaningful ownership over operations, marketing execution, and digital optimization.
This role includes light people leadership, such as helping hire and coordinate employees and contractors, but does not start with full direct reports.
What You’ll Own
Operations & Systems
- Maintain and update inventory and pricing systems
- Coordinate bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Improve internal processes and workflows
- Manage special projects as they arise
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding employees and contractors, including helping define roles, posting positions, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding processes
Marketing Execution & Oversight
- Own and manage the marketing calendar (email, promotions, ads)
- Coordinate newsletters and campaign execution
- Oversee social media strategy and ensure brand consistency
- Support and optimize sales funnels and customer journeys
Website & Digital Optimization
- Manage website updates and ongoing optimization
- Coordinate CGI and visual asset projects
- Improve conversion rates and overall user experience
- Bring a strong sense of layout, style, and visual presentation to our digital storefront

Requirements
- Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or operations
- Strong spreadsheet skills — we use Google Sheets — including building, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working with websites, systems, and data
- Self-starter who can prioritize without constant direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Email marketing or sales funnel experience
- Familiarity with inventory or pricing systems
- A strong eye for interior design, home décor, or visual merchandising (especially helpful for website content, imagery, and CGI projects)
Compensation & Growth
- $75,000–$80,000 starting salary
- Opportunity for compensation growth based on performance and impact
