About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, confident, and highly organized SEO Client Success Manager with excellent camera presence to help manage 30+ clients.
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our SEO team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Communicate with clients daily via Slack and Email.
- Relay updates to the SEO team from clients.
- Respond to all client/team messages within 10 minutes during shift hours (acknowledgment counts).
- Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in every message.
Client Reporting
- Send weekly Loom videos summarizing SEO progress & wins.
- Conduct monthly reporting calls directly with clients, walking clients through reports.
- Record and send monthly performance review Looms.
- Keep communication clear, well-structured, and confident (no rambling).
Client Onboarding
- Share welcome email and add clients to Slack/WhatsApp.
- Assist with the client onboarding process.
- Collect required logins & access.
- Share timelines and expectations, and schedule onboarding calls (if needed).
Proposals & Lead Follow-Ups
- Prepare SEO proposals using our templates (training provided).
- Follow up with leads to confirm they’ve seen the proposal and resolve any queries.
Internal Coordination
- Communicate client requests clearly to the SEO team and follow up until completed.
- Maintain a simple tracker on PM tool logging:
- Updates sent
- Looms shared
- Follow-ups pending
- Client concerns or red flags
Proactivity & Ownership
- Spot early signs of client unhappiness/dissatisfaction and escalate before issues arise.
- Suggest improvements to communication, reporting, and processes.
Daily Workflow (20+ Client Management)
- Daily touchpoints: Check in with 10-15 clients/day so every client hears from us at least once every 2 days.
- Respond within 10 minutes to client messages.
- Maintain daily logs for updates, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Ensure weekly & monthly Looms are prepped and sent on time.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years in Client Success / Account Management.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO.
- Strong organizational skills; can manage 30+ client accounts without missing updates.
- Comfortable with Slack, Monday/ClickUp, Loom, SemRush/Ahrefs, Local Dominator (or similar)
- Empathetic communicator who enjoys relationship-building and problem-solving.
- Proactive and independent; takes initiative without needing reminders.
