The Bridge Enrichment and Learning Center is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. This role is ideal for a leader who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about supporting children’s learning in an organized and efficient environment.
As our Operations Manager, you will play a key role in leading processes, coordinating teams, improving workflows, and ensuring that programs run effectively from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate communication between administrators, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain and improve operational systems, procedures, and policies
- Manage schedules, calendars, and program timelines across departments
- Support staff with task management, documentation, and resource needs
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and required documentation
- Monitor performance indicators and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting new staff members
- Prepare reports, track progress, and assist leadership with ongoing planning
- Solve operational challenges quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records, updates, and reporting across systems
- Represent the organization with professionalism, efficiency, and integrity
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Comfortable using remote tools such as email, project management software, and virtual communication platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in operations, administration, program coordination, or team management is an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
