MSP (Managed Service Provider) Program Coordinator
All Medical Personnel is seeking a talented MSP Coordinator to represent our organization and join our successful team. All Medical Personnel runs MSP and VMS programs to place physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and all other healthcare candidates nationwide in out-patient settings. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, gives great customer service, and can work in a fast-paced environment!
The MSP Coordinator, reports to the MSP Program Manager and is responsible for being a consultative partner to our established clients, matching candidates with opportunities, and assisting in negotiating the financial terms of assignments. This position is also pivotal in managing the relationship between the client, supplier community, and contractors to ensure the proactive support and attention is given to the account(s). The MSP Coordinator will use web based tools to manage relationships between the customer and the approved suppliers (internal and external).

Job Duties:
- Enroll contractors, vendors, and new client users
- Ensure compliance to master agreement with client
- Communicate daily to contractors and vendors engaged in the on-boarding process
- Communicate to hiring manager the status of their worker’s enrollments
- Communicate internally with team, managers and account manager via tool, phone and/or email to resolve problems or advise of possible issues
- Maintain a high level of personal quality and excellence
- Take part in meetings to discuss solutions for client problems
- Meet deadlines as specified by management
- Meet company and customer SLAs
- Keep detailed notes on transactions with customer and contractor or vendor
- Managing the accurate capture of time & attendance of the contractor and payroll on a weekly basis
- Perform other duties as requested or required
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong technical skills
- Staffing experience or MSP/VMS experience is a plus
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Proficient in the use of computer programs, databases, and Internet research
- Self-disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Able to assume substantial responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Must work well in high-pressure situations and a dynamic work environment
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills in 1:1, client, and company-wide settings
