Elite Connector is excited to partner with a worldwide automated packaging systems company for the search of a Sales Manager to cover the US. This person can be located anywhere in the US if the commute to an international airport is reasonable.

Your role
- Be a representative of our products and services
- This role will NOT manage a team
- Understand what drives value for your customers and consider their perspective to develop, find, and offer value-added solutions designed to perform and last
- Attract and engage with your clients (cold callings, outreach, etc.)
- Build reports and analyze
- Manage objectives and key results and dashboards to facilitate sales delivery and increase productivity
- Answer inquiries about our products
- Take part in various congresses, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Act as a resource person for the team with regards to sales processes and relations with customers
- Travel to various locations in USA (95%) and Canada (5%) = 50/50 Home/Travel
Required skills
- MUST have proven experience in selling automated packaging equipment (end-of-line)
- We need a “Hunter” mentality, 75% prospecting, and 25% managing current accounts
- Strong technical skills and understanding of primary and secondary packaging processes and machinery
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing industry
- College or university degree in a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
