Product Manager

WellnessGenerations, Inc. is seeking a strategic Product Manager who excels at turning customer challenges into impactful solutions. In this role, you will shape the product vision, manage delivery execution, and ensure that every release drives meaningful value. You will operate at the critical intersection of technology, user experience, and business growth.
Core Responsibilities
I. Strategic Vision and Requirements Leadership
- Own the product strategy and rolling roadmap, aligning initiatives with company objectives and market demand.
- Lead continuous discovery to deeply understand user needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Convert insights into clear feature requirements including user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Define success metrics and monitor performance to guide prioritization and iteration.
II. Administrative and Organizational Oversight
- Lead backlog management and agile delivery practices to maximize customer and business value.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure alignment and remove delivery blockers.
- Identify dependencies and risks early, driving mitigation to protect timelines and quality.
III. Communication and Documentation Excellence
- Produce precise, technically sound requirements to support efficient engineering delivery.
- Develop concise executive summaries, proposals, and data-informed status reporting.
- Build and maintain internal documentation, foundational product guides, and training content.
IV. Market and Launch Enablement
- Serve as the internal product authority and partner with sales to support go-to-market success.
- Review all customer-facing collateral for technical accuracy and alignment with product capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of Product Management or related experience in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear business value.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
