Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager who understands video platforms, OTT distribution, and/or digital ad-tech.
You will own the full sales cycle in the US market — from lead generation and product demos, to closing platform licensing and ad-revenue deals.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and onboard media companies, broadcasters, and large creators
- Sell OTT platform licenses, monetization programs, FAST channels, and AI video solutions
- Build strong relationships with publishers, agencies, and ad networks
- Drive revenue via recurring SaaS + revenue-share models
- Represent GIZMOTT at industry events and client meetings
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams for GTM strategy
This is a high-impact business role with huge upside.
Requirements
- 3–8+ years in B2B technology sales in media, OTT, or ad-tech
- Proven success selling to media companies, broadcasters, or publishers
- Understanding of OTT workflow (CMS, CDN, apps) and/or SSAI, VAST, SSP/DSP
- Strong client network and hunter mindset
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth startup environment
Preferred Background
Experience with leading OTT and video SaaS platforms similar to
Brightcove, Uscreen, Vimeo OTT, JW Player, Zype, Muvi, Kaltura, Dacast, Bitmovin,Lightcast
Experience in FAST + Ad-Tech ecosystems is a strong plus:
Amagi, Wurl, Xumo, Pluto TV, The Trade Desk, PubMatic
