Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager leads and coordinates the execution of HPM’s marketing and outreach initiatives. This role manages the Healthcare Outreach Representative and ensures that marketing strategies translate into measurable referral growth, strong provider engagement, and consistent brand presence across markets. The Marketing Manager bridges strategy and execution, analyzing data, managing outreach performance, and aligning field efforts with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring consistent achievement of referral and engagement targets.
- Develop, coordinate and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive provider awareness and referral growth. This included partner events, meetings and appointments.
- Monitor performance metrics (referral growth, conversion rates, market penetration) and report outcomes to the Director of Business Development and leadership team.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure outreach aligns with service capacity and new market entry.
- Manage event strategy, sponsorships, and community partnerships across multiple territories.
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation, reporting, and data integrity across the Marketing department to include the outreach/ lead generating team.
- Create and deploy HPM marketing materials and promotional content to included social media.
- Train team members on messaging, sales techniques, and brand standards.
- Collaborating with partner marketing leads during onboarding for new sites. Including attending new site launches and events to capture material for digital marketing.
- Drafting and publishing blogs, social posts, research content, and communications for new sites.
- Tracking marketing data and ensuring materials/communications align with brand standards.
- Assisting in creative development of marketing/communication materials.
- Maintaining accurate inventory of marketing support materials.
- Assisting in planning/executing special events (coming-soon lists, grand openings, relaunch events).
- Attending special events and facility marketing events.
- Manage marketing budgets, mileage tracking, and expense reports for the Marketing department.
- Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and HIPAA standards in all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or provider relations (healthcare preferred).
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing multi-state marketing or sales teams.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel 50%.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
