About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer partnerships across multiple client accounts. This role is perfect for someone who understands how creators shape culture, knows how to build meaningful long-term partnerships, and can turn data into impactful strategy. You will own campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and casting to execution, optimization, and reporting—while providing senior-level guidance to clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead influencer strategy for brand campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals, audiences, and budgets.
Develop influencer identification and casting frameworks, including vetting creators, analyzing audience demographics, engagement quality, brand safety, and content style.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, creative briefing, timeline management, and content review.
Build and nurture long-term influencer relationships, maintaining a high-quality roster of creators across verticals.
Oversee campaign performance, track KPIs, analyze results, and produce clear, actionable reports that highlight insights and opportunities.
Advise clients on trends, platform best practices, innovative formats, and creator-led content approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, creative, paid media, account management) to integrate influencer strategies into broader campaigns.
Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across creators, production, and paid amplification.
Stay current on platform updates, cultural moments, FTC guidelines, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained.
Mentor junior team members, providing training, guidance, and strategic oversight.
What You Bring
5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, talent management, or related fields.
Proven track record managing large-scale influencer campaigns and multi-platform programs.
Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, paid + organic influencer strategies, and social media trends.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with talent managers, agencies, and creators.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Aspire).
Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agency environment and lead cross-functional projects.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 a year plus benefits including:
