- Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to enhance content appeal.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Analytics to optimize reach and ROI.
- Schedule posts efficiently using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (applications), maintaining a consistent posting calendar.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content discoverability and search rankings.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging during campaigns or crisis situations.
- Analyze web analytics data to measure campaign performance, adjust strategies accordingly, and report on key metrics regularly.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by promoting products through targeted social media campaigns.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publishing.
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
