We’re looking for a results-driven individual to join our team as a Chat Based Sales Lead / Ticket Buyer. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive revenue by handling inbound leads, creating compelling ticket offers, purchasing high-demand tickets, and managing inventory. This position is 100% commission-based, offering the potential to earn $60,000 to $70,000 annually based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Response & Engagement: Respond instantly to inbound chat leads across all platforms, engage customers with a friendly and confident tone, and guide them through the selling process.
- Offer Creation: Develop competitive offers to secure ticket deals.
- Pipeline & Follow-Up Management: Own the full lead lifecycle — track, organize, and follow up with warm and ghosted leads using Ticket Rescue’s follow-up system to drive high conversion rates.
- Fraud Awareness & Risk Management: Identify suspicious behavior, follow fraud-prevention protocols, escalate high-risk cases, and help maintain a safe, reliable sales environment.
- Inventory Management: Track, update, and manage ticket inventory to maximize profitability.
- Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends and adjust pricing to ensure competitive positioning and optimal sales.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal systems to ensure timely ticket delivery and order fulfillment.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about event trends and industry developments to identify high-potential opportunities.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, ticket buying, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales platforms and CRM’s
- Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and comfortable learning new software.
Expectations
- An average of 4 shifts per week
- 3-5 hours of meetings per week
- An average of 5 hours of lead and inventory management per week
