As a Marketing Manager – Enrollment and Growth of Schools at New Story, you’ll drive strategies that increase student enrollment and strengthen the visibility of our schools. You’ll oversee campaign execution, lead a team of Marketing Specialists, and collaborate across departments to ensure marketing initiatives directly support organizational growth goals.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
Proven success driving enrollment, lead generation, or growth within education or related industries
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, market positioning, and sales enablement
Excellent leadership, coaching, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase enrollment and awareness across New Story schools
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and refine positioning and messaging
Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, and community channels
Manage and coach three Marketing Specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and campaign quality
Partner with Admissions, Business Development, and Operations to create go-to-market strategies that meet enrollment targets
