The role
We are looking for a Director of Business Development & Marketing to continue accelerating their record-setting growth. Your job: build strategic B2B relationships to reach retail prospects, drive targeted lead generation through creative outreach and engagement tactics, and position the founder as the go-to expert for tech sector financial planning.
This isn't a narrow marketing role: it's full-stack growth execution. You'll build employer and affinity group partnerships to reach target segments,, coordinate high-value events, create compelling content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and leverage the founder's media presence to generate quality leads. You'll be the strategic architect and hands-on executor of the firm's business development engine, with the aim of growing and leading the marketing function.

Key responsibilities
