We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant to support our Account Managers in delivering an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn the healthcare operations and credentialing process from the ground up.
The Account Manager Assistant will work closely with senior staff to ensure that client accounts are managed efficiently, documentation is accurate, and projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
Client and Account Support
- Provide administrative support to the Account Management team to ensure all client deliverables are met.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining client account files, including forms, correspondence, and credentialing documentation.
- Help track key milestones and timelines to support timely project completion.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams to gather missing information or verify updates.
Communication and Coordination
- Draft and send routine communications to clients, payers, and vendors as directed by Account Managers.
- Schedule and coordinate client calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare meeting summaries and assist with tracking action items and next steps.
Documentation and Data Entry
- Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM, credentialing systems, or internal databases.
- Assist with creating reports, spreadsheets, and updates for client portfolios.
- Maintain version control and organization for all client-related documents.
General Administrative Support
- Provide overflow assistance during busy credentialing and contracting periods.
- Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, or summary documents for client review.
- Support internal communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of healthcare operations, credentialing, or payer processes (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail).
- Experience with CRMs, databases, or project management software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Additional Requirements
Education: Not required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of administrative, client support, or healthcare operations experience preferred.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
