The Role
We are seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive ISC’s growth in the Corrections sector (priority market) and pursue opportunities in Defence, Government, Energy, Ports, and Critical Infrastructure.
This role is centred on building and managing client and partner relationships, driving account growth, and pursuing new business opportunities. You will represent ISC in the market, manage key accounts, and support business development activities to expand ISC’s reach and impact.
Experience with technical sales is highly valued, as it enables you to lead demonstrations, trials, and solution discussions, but it is not the primary focus of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts, with a focus on corrections and military agencies and operators.
- Drive business development opportunities across adjacent markets including Defence, Government, Energy, and Ports.
- Build and strengthen channel partner networks through enablement, and joint pursuits.
- Support capture planning and major tenders in collaboration with ISC and Brassets leadership.
- Represent ISC at trade shows, demonstrations, and industry forums.
- Support technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or business development in security, corrections, defence, or technology sectors.
- Excellent presentation, relationship, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with corrections or Defence stakeholders with existing relationships in these areas.
- Familiarity with government procurement and tenders.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot), Microsoft Office, and other digital tools to manage accounts, reporting, and communications.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Desirable Attributes
- Corrections or Military background or direct sector experience.
- Established relationships within corrections, defence, government, and infrastructure markets.
- Technical sales competency, with credibility in demonstrations and solutioning.
- Account and partner management success.
- Self-starter with adaptability and problem-solving ability.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: $112,000 per annum.
- Uncapped Commission on sales performance.

Pay: $112,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
