We are seeking a full time qualified candidate to be responsible for all aspects of bidding electrical work, to act as the business manager and leader for the assigned contractor account package by increasing the value of Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric to our customers, growing the volume and profitability of assigned contractor account base, and promoting all Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric products and services professionally and ethically.
Major Duties:
- Bid and prepare cost estimates.
- Make sales presentations directly to customers to deliver value-add ideas.
- Develop market strategies and sales growth plans for assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with various levels of customer organizations through providing value and insight to customers on their business and market conditions.
- Negotiate, develop, and coordinate implementation of effective price/cost strategy for account base.
- Prospect for new accounts as applicable
- Maintain healthy relationships with vendors and vendor representatives
- Conduct regular joint sales calls with Vendor representatives on contractor customers
- Work with different functional areas to drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five plus years of electrical construction, design, finance, and two years experience/knowledge of electrical project management experience required.
- A licensed electrician or an electrical background required.
- Must be able to multi-task. Bid multiple projects at a time.
- Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills are essential.
- Accubid/Construct Jobs proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and Bluebeam.
- Experience managing projects and two years experience/knowledge of electrical construction, design, finance, and management required

Pay: $46,932.64 - $56,521.02 per year
