About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client engagement across our steel detailing, BIM, and engineering services divisions.
The ideal candidate will be a U.S. citizen with a strong background in sales strategy, business development, and client management preferably within the engineering or construction domain(others are also welcome but only with strong business development background). This role requires the ability to build strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and bridge communication between our U.S./Canadian clients and India-based operations to ensure alignment, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
This leadership role will be based out of our India offices, working onsite with a high-performing local team to bridge communication and execution between North American clients and India delivery operations, ensuring world-class service, delivery excellence, and sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales growth across North American and global markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Cadeploy’s client base and service portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Represent Cadeploy in client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention.
- Track market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Report regularly to leadership on business development progress, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- U.S. citizenship (mandatory).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management
- Strong understanding of offshore/onshore delivery models and cross-border project dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and functions.
- Willingness to relocate to India and travel as needed.
