The Opportunity:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in promoting our performances and engaging our audiences. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, build brand awareness, and foster a strong connection with our community. If you are a passionate arts advocate with a proven track record in marketing and a love for the performing arts, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:· Strategic Marketing Leadership:o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for individual performances, seasons, and institutional initiatives.o Set clear marketing goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategy.o Lead the creation of engaging and targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and traditional media.o Manage marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources· Audience Engagement and Development:o Identify target audiences and develop tailored strategies to attract new patrons and retain existing ones.o Utilize audience insights and data analysis to refine marketing efforts and enhance patron engagement.o Develop initiatives that cultivate a sense of community and loyalty among our audience.· Brand Management and Communication:o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.o Create displays for the theaters and digital assets.o Oversee the creation of compelling content for promotional materials, including website, social media, email newsletters, brochures, and press releases.o Create displays for the theaters and digital assets.o Manage media relations and cultivate strong relationships with relevant media outlets.· Digital Marketing and Analytics:o Manage, create and optimize the organization\'s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.o Analyze marketing performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement..· Collaboration and Team Leadership:o Work closely with the Executive Director and other departments to ensure seamless coordination of efforts.o Collaborate with artists and production teams to develop effective promotional strategies for specific performances.o Manage and mentor marketing coordinator or interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Qualifications:· Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Administration, or a related field.· Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in marketing or communications, with a preference for experience within the performing arts or non-profit sector.· Proficiency in marketing software (Constant Contact, Meta Business Suite & Google Ads).· Proficient in Photoshop & inDesign· Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience engagement strategies, and the performing arts landscape.· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., website management, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, analytics platforms).· Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.· Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.· Create displays for the theaters and digital assets.· Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Passion for the performing arts and a commitment to our organization\'s mission.· Able to work independently and communicate efficiently Compensation and Benefits:· Salary Range: $60-$65k· Comprehensive benefit package this includes a flexible hybrid work schedule, low-cost health insurance, paid time off, four-day work week in the summer, paid time off paid between Christmas and the new year, company paid life insurance and other benefits as per organizational policy.· To Apply:Please submit a resume and cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience to Htheohary@bardavon.org.
