What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Professional – Valid cosmetology license required.
Experienced Leader – Prior salon management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
People-Focused – Skilled at motivating, coaching, and developing your team.
Business-Minded – Comfortable with scheduling, sales goals, and operational responsibilities.
