This is a unique opportunity for an experienced creative professional looking to expand their portfolio, take on a Creative Lead role, and contribute to the creative work of a growing hospitality group during the exciting NYC holiday season.Please note: This is a one-month assignment. Monday through Thursday availability is preferred, and part-time candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate can start 9/21 - 10/19 with opportunity for project based assignments leading up to this temp assignment and following. What You\'ll DoReporting to the Marketing Director, you will help lead and execute creative projects across the Il Buco Family. You will:Design marketing and branding materials, including restaurant menus, merchandise, business cards, event decks, product line sheets, signage, and other guest-facing materialsCreate email marketing campaigns and digital creativeSupport the ongoing design and maintenance of the Il Buco Family websitesCreate social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok.Collaborate on the visual direction of the brand, including menus, signage, merchandising, textiles, and in-space experiencesDevelop and execute creative concepts that support marketing initiatives and business goalsAssist with photoshoots, including shot lists, creative direction, communication, and planningCollaborate with restaurant and store leadership to develop creative ideas and marketing materialsSupport promotional events and campaigns across the restaurants and storesOrganize and maintain the Il Buco photo archive and other creative assetsHelp manage branded asset inventory and coordinate with vendors as neededWho You AreYou’re a creative, organized, and collaborative professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and bringing ideas from concept to completion. You have a strong eye for design and understand how creative work can support a brand and business.You have:3 to 5 years of relevant creative experienceA strong portfolio showcasing design, branding, marketing, and/or creative directionProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After EffectsStrong knowledge of brand development and traditional and digital marketingExcellent communication and organizational skillsThe ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teamsExperience working with cloud-based tools such as Slack, Monday, and Google WorkspaceStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsA willingness to take ownership of projects while being open to feedback and collaborationPhotography skills are strongly preferredExperience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Capcut, and Linktree is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., such as packages, office supplies, or branded materials.Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.Ability to navigate different work environments, including office, restaurant, and retail spaces, which may involve climbing stairs or assisting with light physical setup.Ability to travel between multiple work locations as needed, primarily within NYC and the Hamptons.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal, written, and electronic communication.Why This Opportunity?This is a great opportunity for a creative professional who wants to add Creative Lead experience to their portfolio while working with an established NYC hospitality group.With the NYC holiday season approaching, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real-time creative projects across restaurants, retail, digital platforms, and events while working alongside the Il Buco Family team.This is a temporary, approximately one-month freelance assignment.
