We are looking for interns for our New York office to provide communications and events support to our growing, fast-paced, fun-loving, forward-thinking team. Fall internships are part-time positions and typically last 3-4 months, beginning in September 2026 and ending December 2026, with precise start and end date to be discussed. Interns will receive hands-on experience by interfacing with employees at museums, galleries, and other institutions. It is a great opportunity to understand the value in properly communicating the intention of our clients in various exhibitions, events, and ongoing institutional stories.Duties are research-focused with an emphasis on organizing, reading, and capturing coverage highlights in periodicals, daily newspapers and relevant publications. The role includes maintenance of client media reports, media tracking, research, and updates to database, as well as occasional event support outside of standard working hours. Candidates must have outstanding writing skills and possess polished interpersonal skills and a courteous phone manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and their file formats is preferred, in addition to close familiarity with cloud-based data services such as Dropbox and Google Drive. The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a small team environment is essential.
