Studio Assistant (Part-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time)We are seeking an experienced, proactive Studio Assistant (3–5 years of experience preferred) to support the day-to-day operations of Hoffman Creative, while also providing personal and administrative support to Eric Hoffman. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable managing a wide variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.ResponsibilitiesStudio Operations & ManagementSupport the day-to-day management and organization of the studio, ensuring the space is clean, organized, stocked, and functioning properly.Manage studio opening and closing procedures, including lights, trash, plants, temperature, equipment, and general upkeep.Coordinate studio cleaners, maintenance, repairs, and other service providers as needed.Monitor and reorder office, studio, kitchen, and other essential supplies.Manage incoming and outgoing packages, mail, deliveries, and shipments.Help coordinate internal IT and technology needs, working with our IT tech and outside vendors as needed.Assist with setting up workstations, equipment, and access for new hires, freelancers, and interns.Support onboarding by sending and gathering paperwork and helping ensure new team members have everything they need to get started.Help prepare the studio for meetings, presentations, events, shoots, and visiting clients or collaborators.Identify operational needs and proactively find solutions to keep the studio running smoothly.Personal & Administrative SupportManage and maintain Eric Hoffman’s calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel, and personal commitments.Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, dining reservations, and other travel logistics.Track ongoing projects, to-do lists, and important deadlines, providing reminders and helping ensure timely follow-through.Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, household logistics, and day-to-day administrative needs.Assist with production logistics for creative projects (excluding on-set photo shoots), coordinating vendors, shipments, schedules, and related planning.Help organize paperwork, files, storage inventory, and other operational systems across the studio and personal environments.Manage expense reporting, receipts, reimbursements, and general administrative support.Run occasional personal errands and provide hands-on support as needed, including coordinating deliveries or the occasional dog walk.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Identify ways to improve organization and efficiency, anticipating needs and helping Eric and the studio stay focused on higher-level priorities.About the RoleThis position begins as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as responsibilities expand.Working across both a creative studio and personal environment, you\'ll gain exposure to exceptional clients, creative teams, and a wide range of projects spanning design, publishing, photography, and other creative industries.
